Up to the present understood as contrary elements, currently they are closely related: not only because of the economical and human impact of companies in society’s development levels, but also because of the influence of social changes in companies´ evolution and situation.
Some of the aspects of our interest are to undertake the analysis of both concepts and their relation, and to define actions and guidelines so both can fully develop without jeopardising the social welfare.
